Graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of International Relations and Department of Management (double major) in 1998. Completed his Master (MBA) in MunichUniversity in Department of International Management in 2003. After working as Financial Inspector Expert at Siemens AG during 2001-2003, worked as Work Development and Foreign Affairs Manager at a infrastructure company, a Turkish-German partnership performing activities mostly in Turkey, during 2004-2007. Continued his career as Chief Project Director at Prime ministry Investment Support and Promotion Agent during 2007-2010. During the employment he particularly involved in assessment and analysis of energy projects and Public-Private Projects (PPP), presentation of the projects to local and international investors and in this context, he provided considerable contribution for establishment of cooperation and effective coordination with the concerned institutions and organizations. He was appointed as Member of the Board of Directors of TPIC on 25 February 2010 and as TPIC President on 17 March 2010. Speaking English, German, Spanish and Arabic at advanced level, Mithat CANSIZ is married and has one children.

Yakup Özçelik
Mr. Özçelik graduated from Hacettepe University with a B.S.c in Geological Engineering in 1980 and later completed his masters in Middle East Technical University 1994. Mr. Özçelik has over 28 years of experience in exploration geology. As an exploration geologist he was extensively involved in exploration and assessment of the prospects of the Black Sea Region of Turkey, supervising all field operations carried out by team members, establishing and overseeing the day-to-day operations. Mr. Özçelik worked as project manager and project advisor for the Eastern Black Sea and Western Black Sea Projects respectively, regarding future explorations in Eastern Black Sea Offshore and hydrocarbon explorations in Ukraine, the Black Sea and Interior Basins of Turkey. He has participated in over 36 published studies in exploration geology. Mr Özçelik joined TPIC in 2004 as Vice President. He is responsible for expanding TPIC’s operations and oil field development projects into international markets in the Middle East and South America.

Hüseyin Çiloğlu
Mr. Çiloğlu graduated from Istanbul Technical University with a B.S.c (Petroleum Engineering) degree in 1988. With over 18 years of work experience in drilling operations, Mr. Çiloğlu held both technical and managerial positions during his tenure with Turkish Petroleum (TPAO). As a Senior Drilling Engineer he gained expertise in working with lignosulphanate, salt saturated, oil based and polymer mud. He supervised many mounting and demounting operations as well as working on severe loss circulation wells. As Drilling Manager of Turkish Petroleum Overseas Company (TPOC) Libyan Branch, he was responsible in managing contracts for services, material planning, AFE analysis, tenders and evaluation. In 2006, Mr. Çiloğlu joined TPIC as Vice President responsible of oilfield services and procurement department as well as TPIC branch offices in Kazakhstan, Georgia, Syria, Iraq, and Turkmenistan.

Mehmet Kadri Kaleli
Mr. Kaleli began his career as a production engineer with the national oil company Turkish Petroleum Coperation (TPAO) in 1988. He continued his career at Nexen Energy as a reservoir and development engineer and later continued as planning coordinator at Nexen after completing his masters. Mr. Kaleli was a consultant for Turkish Petroleum International Company Limited (TPIC) in crude oil and products market trading in 2008 and in 2009 continued his services as TPIC’s vice president.
Mr. Kaleli recevied his bachlors and masters from Penn State University in Petroleum Engineering and Alberta University respectively. He also completed his MBA degree from Cornell University.
