Turkish Petroleum International Company (TPIC) was established in 1988 as a subsidiary of the Turkey Petroleum Corporation (Türkiye Petrolleri Anonim Ortaklığı-TPAO) as to operate in all value chains of the oil industry.

We are working in all fields of the oil industry from exploration to production and from the oil rig field services to the oil product trade and distribution.

Since our foundation, as a TPIC, we proud of that we have provided the highest level of oil rig field services to the numerous firms in Syria, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Iraq as well as in our internal market. In line with the recent developments in oil sector, now we are taking firm steps forward of becoming a more effective company on Latin America, Middle East, Mediterranean and the Caspian Basins.

Oilfield acquisition at first, we intends to increase all kinds of our activities in the countries holding a great portion of oil reserves of the world such as Iraq, Syria, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Ecuador, Colombia, and Venezuela through getting strength from the experience and technical possibilities that TPAO, our main company has acquired in more than 50-year duration within the region.

Health, Safety and Environment(HSE)

As it is known, oil and gas have also some political values with its contribution to country’s economy besides being sources of energy utilized and mostly dependent today. Oil can be ready for use following the exploration, production, technical and chemical refining with high costs. Moreover, the obtained by-products create raw materials for tens of sectors.

Petroleum Field Services

TPIC is proud to be an experienced and reliable provider of quality drilling and well completion services in both petroelum and geothermal industry, in harsh weather and work conditions such as high pressure, high temperature and deep wells. To date; TPIC has provided oilfield services for various oil companies in Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Iraq, Georgia, Syria, Turkmenistan and Turkey.

Turkish state company sends more fuel to Libya as rebels advance

Turkey is ramping up shipments of diesel to Libya rebels, effectively joining Qatar and trader Vitol in fuelling the uprising against leader Muammer Gaddafi. Trade sources told Reuters late on Monday that Turkey is preparing to deliver another,larger shipment of fuel to the rebels in the east as part of a multi-million dollar deal.
